LEFT: Before Curb Appeal...
From the start, we knew we wanted the unique, not just an ordinary "cookie-cutter" deck design. Instead, it was designed to make it interesting instead of unimaginative!
Do "fixer upper" properties frighten you? The picture above portrays a sad and neglected home but for me, it was just another blank slate project! This picture shows the house about 2 weeks after purchase. We had already replaced the windows, back door and exterior light! New roof and paint follows!
First things first...hardscaping finished! Now, after installation of the proper lighting and irrigation, off to plan the garden and adding
a myriad of colorful plantings.
